Didn’t like the stairs too much , The bannisters were shaky & maybe all the stairs need to work here & there for safety reasons ; but the room was great , we loved the spacious rooms and the overall apartment condo feel but there were no small trash cans in the room at all ; we loved all the people at the front desk we met while there , They were friendly & responsive to all requests like when we didn’t find a remote they brought me a remote immediately which was missing on arrival from the room ; the couch / day bed needed repairs but was comfortable as a couch as long as it was propped against the bed to hold one part of the back up ; will stay there and at Hawthorns again & again now !

The room was clean, floors a little wet, but other than that, the accommodations were good for an overnight stay. We were there for a basketball game in Charleston. The lady that checked us in was great, and I would recommend anyone traveling to see a team play sports. It's a great location.

I like that the receptionist was understanding do to my situation of me booking the room and even though I had my booking information and my room was not book and my money was gone off my card she still comndated me

Most days the breakfast was good. The staff was wonderful. The location is excellent. I would definitely stay again.

I loved how involved and helpful the property manager was. He was friendly and escorted me to the correct corridor. The room was large, and had spacious amenities. I continuously brag about the price I paid and size of room I attained.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. They were able to answer the questions that I had. It was quiet in the building. The room was nice. It was bigger than I expected. There was a closet as you walk in with a chair, table with a lamp on the opposite side. There was a loveseat with a table and flat screen tv. There was a small balcony with sliding doors. We enjoyed watching the airplanes land. The king bed was comfortable. The sink was in an area outside of the bathroom. Overall, decent room for a decent price. We weren't too far from any place in the city. No more than 10 - 15 minute ride to view the city's many attractions. My friend stated that he was impressed with the room as well and he wants to stay there again. So, we will be back soon!!
